Established in 1967 by Rafael Spadaro, Rafael’s Barbers has been a mainstay of the greater Poughkeepsie area for over 50 years. Originally located on Route 44 in the Dutchess Center for over 45 years, today the shop is located one block off the Eastbound Arterial at 20 Fowler Avenue in the Arlington section of the Town of Poughkeepsie near Davies Hardware and Vassar College.
